Your smartphone is more valuable than your wallet. In some cases it works like your computer. It contains a lot of sensitive information and passwords. But most us do not do enough to protect this important device. Even many bored to put a four-digit password! However, let us know about how the smartphone can be a bit more secure. There are some tips/ways that makes your smartphone/android phone more secure:



1. Update the Software
Always update your smartphone's Windows operating system. For this update the phone company can find your lost smartphone through network testing. Although it's a little difficult, but not impossible. Also, if software is updated on your android phone may stop your phone using security code. As a result, you will not be likely to be any leaks.

2. Use the lock screen:
Every smartphone has the advantage of  screen lock as a security. You can lock down your phone through the system PIN, password or pattern lock . You can also set automatic or periodically lock. This will save your data.

3. Install anti-virus software:
Another reason of leaks is the virus . It can be exposed as well as destroy your smartphone. Virus threat to the security of smartphones. So please install antivirus software for smartphones safety.

4. Encrypt device:
Smartphone allows you to encrypt all the data on your device.  When the mobile phone or tab  is turned on to access the data or information is required to set aside a password and PIN. If your  encrypted phone fall into the hands of criminals and if they turn off the phone and then turn on again, will not be able to steal information without the PIN or password. Data encryption can be reduced smartphone's speed

5. Enable Android Device Manager:
If your mobile phone is stolen you can track your device on Google Maps for the help of the Android Device Manager. In addition, if the phone is turned on, you can call five minutes at full volume in a row. Even from a distance you can delete all the data.

6. Use Password for Apps
Lock your smartphone or tab apps for additional security. For the security of gallery or the messaging you can download the app lock from Google Play. If you use this apps, a separate password or PIN code should be set so that when a particular application is to run enter the password before opening.

7. Apps install warning
Do not install lousy apps. Avoid installing the app without any Trusted Sources. Otherwise can grab all your data. by using the different codes.

8. Online Alerts
There are online popup ads now. I saw always a note that 'a lot of risk that comes with your phone, the phone slow ?', or some such. Told to click for solution, never do the task. It must be installed a unwanted app  in order to your data may be stolen.
